Hi, I’m James Keel, someone who has built a career around one simple truth: people come first. With over 20 years of experience across customer service, sales, project coordination, and client success, I’ve learned that the best results come from listening, understanding, and building genuine relationships.

My journey has taken me from leadership roles at larger companies to hands-on work with  innovative start-ups, giving me a wide perspective on how businesses of all sizes operate. Along the way, I’ve worn many hats, managing teams, coordinating projects, handling day-to-day operations, and solving problems on the fly. No matter the setting, my focus has always been on creating a dependable and positive experience for the people I work with.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about music, movies, and literature, especially the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. I love sharing life’s adventures with my wife Alyssa and our pug, Barnaby. Those passions remind me daily why I care so much about supporting others. It’s about making connections and building trust, both personally and professionally.
